Alive at Five, Stamford CT

People at an outdoor concertLove music? This annual concert series, which takes place in Columbus Park, has a spectacular lineup for 2019. Artists include Shaggy, 98 Degrees, Lance Bass, Travie Mccoy, T-Pain, and more. The concert series takes place on Thursday nights from July 11th through August 8th, 2019.

Movies By Moonlight, Easton, CT

Looking for something to do on a Tuesday night? From June 4 through August njoy Movies By Moonlight at Easton Town Center in Easton, CT. This family-friendly night features a variety of movies for the whole family to enjoy such as, The Lego Movie 2, The Iron Giant, and more. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets  and enjoy a movie night with family and friends.

Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo, Bridgeport, CT

Bartlett Museum & Nature Center, Stamford, CT

With hiking trails, a farm, an indoor museum with rotating exhibitions, and events such as farmer’s markets, there is much to see and do at the Museum and Nature Center. There are picnic tables, so pack a lunch, as there is so much to see and do, it’s best to plan to make a day of it.

Maritime Aquarium, Norwalk, CT

The Maritime Aquarium is home to myriad species of sea life, including seals, sharks, jellyfish, and other exhibits, as well as an Imax™ theatre, and special programs including educational cruises around the Long Island Sound. There is a cafeteria to stop in for a snack or a meal, and it is a great way to cool off indoors on a very hot summer day.

Danbury Railway Museum, Danbury, CT

Take a step into history at the Danbury Railway Museum and check out trains from all eras up to the present. With everything from conductor’s seats to mail cars, there are a plethora of train history found on the grounds of the museum, and it is a great way to spend the day with the family in Danbury.
